How may I have access to the prices of all items in your catalog?

You will have to fill up a quick and simple form registration in order to have full access to pricing information.

How do I pay for my orders?

All transactions are secure and encrypted. You can safely proceed with your purchase by choosing PayPal method, which is an easy and fast way to pay your billing without exposing your credit card information or filling up forms every time. You can also use your VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA ELECTRON, and MAESTRO credit cards.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you have placed your order, you will be notified via e-mail that we successfully received your wishlist. NOTE: orders will only move forward to be processed and shipped after credit card validation, and confirmation of billing/delivery address.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Processing time for domestic orders takes around 1 to 3 business days once your order is placed.

For international orders, please allow 3-10 business days.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped/delivered?

Domestic shipping may take 10 business days, and international shipping 15 business days from the date that the merchandise is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. It doesn't include weekends or holidays. NOTE: Our two stocks are locaded in both American and Brazilian soil. If part of the items you acquire comes from Brazil, it may take longer for your order to be delivered. Delivery estimation at your checkout page will already be deducted by considering this fact.

How can I track my delivery?

You will be notified via e-mail with a tracking number so that you can follow up with its journey until its final destination.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we cannot intercept delivery once it is already shipped. Please, make sure to provide us with an accurated shipping address.

Who is responsible for shipping charges and custom fees?

By placing an order at Specialità Fitness, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to us. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

I have received one of the items with a defect. What should I do?

Please! Let us know immediately. We are sorry that it got through us unnoticed. Take a nit shot of what you might think is wrong with your product and enclose it to a message to ffw@pagver.com. We will reach you out as soon as possible!
